Product Introduction- Lime Desiccant [RAYM] |
・Characteristics& Performance |
The main composition of RAYM desiccant is calcium oxide (CaO), which absorbs moisture by a chemical reaction. The chemical equation is usually expressed as: CaO+H2O=Ca(OH)2
Its moisture absorption has nothing to do with the external humidity condition, the moisture absorption capacity is about 30% of its own weight, after absorbing the moisture, it will change into powder, so it is very easy to judge whether it has absorbed moisture or not. Meanwhile, the moisture that has been absorbed will not return to the goods.
Comparing with the physical absorptive silica gel, especially at the state of low humidity, it is a high performance desiccant that has high moisture-absorption rate, excellent long time moisture-absorption property, and with lower cost

・Packaging material |
The packaging material is imported from Japan. It is made of three layers----waterproof paper layer, strengthened fiber layer (claf) and micropore polyethylene layer. To achieve the best moisture-permeability of the desiccant, we use the special processing technology—only perforate in PE layer.
By the way, the packaging material conforms to the strength standard of Japanese Desiccant Association (NSKK), so please rest assured to use it.

①Using the new strengthened fiber(rib reinforcement) 25g/m2).Comparing with the goods before, the physical parameters, such as rupture strengthen, are promoted a lot.
②Not containing the harmful substance( RoHS 6 substance etc.).
③The printing ink is decomposed from natural material and not contains toluene, so it conforms to the standard of food, additive ,etc. (Notice 370 of Japanese Ministry of Health).
④After waterproof processing, it is with good waterproof property, so the danger of heat-releasing is reduced.
⑤Using the special ventilation processing technology that imported from Japan, we only perforate in PE layer. The hole in every square meter is as many as 80,000. So we can provide the desiccants with the best moisture-permeability property to the clients.

・Notice for use: |
①After absorbing moisture, the lime desiccant will expansion, and if your container has no expanding room, it would cause the bag broken. Besides, while using, please avoid bearing, flexing and kneading etc.
②If it is used for the food with high humidity, we suggest you to do the actual packaging test firstly.
③If the content in the desiccant is still effective, don’t let it cotact water, because if the lime contacts the water directly it will generate heat immediately.
